Un espace o\u00f9 vous pourrez \u00eatre install\u00e9.e confortablement, voire vous allonger si n\u00e9cessaire. Evitez de vous mettre assis \u00e0 un bureau pour ne pas vous mettre dans une posture habituelle de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Trouvez une assise propice \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente et relaxation, pour vous mettre dans les meilleures conditions d&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 votre int\u00e9riorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ensuite, \u00e9quipez-vous d\u2019\u00e9couteurs ou d\u2019un casque audio si possible.
