{"id":63,"date":"2024-09-09T22:38:31","date_gmt":"2024-09-09T20:38:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/solen-lombard.fr\/?page_id=63"},"modified":"2025-12-12T00:29:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T23:29:28","slug":"eco-psychotherapie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/solen-lombard.fr\/index.php\/solen-lombard-a-propos\/eco-psychotherapie\/","title":{"rendered":"Eco-Psychoth\u00e9rapie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230929040003im_\/https:\/\/solen-lombard.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Finistere_Armen_Argoat-211-681x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Eco-Psychoth\u00e9rapie\" class=\"wp-image-828\" style=\"width:264px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Eco-Psychoth\u00e9rapie, Psychoth\u00e9rapie en Nature ou en milieu nature, sylvo-th\u00e9rapie, \u00e9co-psychologie, c\u2019est tout un nouveau champ d\u2019exploration du retour \u00e0 la Nature qui s\u2019invite dans les pratiques de th\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis form\u00e9e \u00e0 la pratique de la psychoth\u00e9rapie en Nature ou \u00e9co-psychoth\u00e9rapie, par la formation dispens\u00e9e par Yann Desbrosses (analyte psycho-organique) et Julia Boyer (psychologue environnementaliste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(c) photo : Solen Lombard<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je propose ainsi \u00e0 certains de mes patients, \u00e0 certains moments de leur processus de th\u00e9rapie, des s\u00e9ances en for\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces s\u00e9ances, qui peuvent s\u2019inscrire en alternance avec des s\u00e9ances en cabinet, permettent&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019autres rencontres avec soi-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus que des balades th\u00e9rapeutiques, ces s\u00e9ances d\u2019eco-psychoth\u00e9rapie sont l\u2019occasion d\u2019explorations sensorielles qui<strong>&nbsp;facilitent l\u2019incarnation<\/strong>, la sensation de soi. Ou encore l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de faire l\u2019exp\u00e9rience&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019un autre rapport au r\u00e9el,<\/strong>&nbsp;apaisant et ressour\u00e7ant. Ou de&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9parer un rapport \u00e0 la Nature, cet ext\u00e9rieur qui peut faire peur&nbsp;<\/strong>pour certains. Selon les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s par le patient, la Nature se fait l\u2019alli\u00e9e du th\u00e9rapeute pour offrir des surfaces de projections fertiles de compr\u00e9hensions et de transformation.
