Le premier entretien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour chaque d\u00e9but de psychoth\u00e9rapie je vous propose un\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zcal.co\/solenlombard\">premier entretien<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>d\u20191h15<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>sans engagement<\/strong>, pour faire le point sur votre besoin et vous permettre de sentir si vous vous sentez en confiance et \u00e0 l\u2019aise. Un temps d\u2019\u00e9change interactif pr\u00e9cieux et essentiel. A l\u2019issue de l\u2019entretien, vous vous exprimez sur votre volont\u00e9 ou non de reprendre rendez-vous. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 je peux le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant vous orienter vers un.e confr\u00e8re qui me semblerait plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre besoin. Cet entretien nous permet de d\u00e9finir le cadre dans lequel va s\u2019inscrire votre th\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Le cadre de la th\u00e9rapie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de souhait de d\u00e9marrer la th\u00e9rapie, \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019entretien pr\u00e9alable, 2 premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances sont fix\u00e9es.&nbsp;<strong>Le rythme est d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de 55 min par semaine.&nbsp;<\/strong>Pour que la th\u00e9rapie s\u2019installe en vous, la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9cieuse. Je vous recommande de d\u00e9marrer avec un&nbsp;<strong>rythme moyen d\u2019une s\u00e9ance par semaine<\/strong>. Les s\u00e9ances pourront s\u2019espacer au fil du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez besoin de d\u00e9caler ou annuler une s\u00e9ance ? Merci de respecter un d\u00e9lai de 48h. Toute s\u00e9ance annul\u00e9e pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai sera due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le prix d\u2019une s\u00e9ance est de 70\u20ac<\/strong>. Les s\u00e9ances de psychoth\u00e9rapie ne sont pas rembours\u00e9es par la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale. Renseignez-vous aupr\u00e8s de votre mutuelle pour une prise en charge \u00e9ventuelle de quelques s\u00e9ances, mais cela reste rare. Cela peut \u00eatre&nbsp;<strong>une th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve de quelques mois&nbsp;<\/strong>pour les besoins d\u2019accompagnements ponctuels \u00e0 passer une \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9cifique, comme un&nbsp;<strong>accompagnement dans la dur\u00e9e&nbsp;<\/strong>pour les besoins de transformation en profondeur. Le plus important est de suivre le rythme de l\u2019inconscient, qui a besoin de temps pour d\u00e9nouer en douceur des sch\u00e9mas de fonctionnement mis en place depuis longtemps. Le th\u00e9rapeute comme le patient sentent le moment de&nbsp;<strong>la fin de la th\u00e9rapie<\/strong>&nbsp;arriver. Se ressent alors le sentiment de l\u2019oiseau pr\u00eat \u00e0 s\u2019envoler de son nid, lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de ses souffrances ou blocages qui l\u2019avaient amen\u00e9 \u00e0 consulter, et enrichi de belles d\u00e9couvertes de lui-m\u00eame (<em>m\u2019aime )<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous \u00eates bien entendu libre d\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 tout moment<\/strong>&nbsp;mais il est important que ce d\u00e9part soit discut\u00e9 et \u00e9labor\u00e9 en s\u00e9ance. Cela vous permet de clore en conscience votre chemin de psychoth\u00e9rapie.
